Every month
Everything, every month.
Flat · month-to-month · cancel anytime · $0 setup
Your first month of bookkeeping is on me. After that, one flat price, every month. No hourly billing — and half of what it buys is me.
-
Every transaction categorized. All accounts, all month long, in QuickBooks.
-
Bank and credit cards reconciled. Matched to the statement, to the penny.
-
A profit and loss statement. What you brought in, what it cost you, what you kept.
-
A balance sheet. What the business owns, what it owes, what it’s worth.
-
Both in your inbox by the 15th. Every month, without you asking for them.
-
A direct line to me. One to one. I own this business and I do your books myself, so the person who knows your numbers is the person who answers when you ask about them. No account manager, no support queue, no ticket.
-
Books closed at year end. Your tax preparer gets a clean file, and can call me direct.
$197 is the base rate. It covers roughly 100 to 250 transactions a month — complexity decides where you land, not a hard cutoff. Anything bigger and I’ll tell you the number before we start, not after. The free month covers monthly bookkeeping. Catch-up on months that are behind is quoted separately.
How it works
Three steps.
Answer five questions, or book a call.
Either one takes a few minutes. I’ll tell you where your books actually stand and what it costs to run them. Your first month of bookkeeping is free.
Add me to QuickBooks.
Accountant access, one menu, about two minutes. If you’re not on QuickBooks yet, I’ll set the file up for you.
Statements by the 15th.
Profit and loss and balance sheet in your inbox every month, and me on the other end whenever you want to talk about them.
I’m a bookkeeper, not a CPA — I don’t prepare or sign tax returns. Not included: collections, bill pay, payroll processing and tax filing. Accounts receivable and payable are available on a higher tier.
Rather talk
Book a call.
Twenty minutes. Tell me how your business runs, I’ll tell you what your books need and what it costs. Nothing owed either way — and if we’re a fit, your first month is free.
