Services

I keep the books. You get the numbers.

Every transaction categorized, every account reconciled, and a profit and loss statement and a balance sheet in your inbox by the 15th. Your first month is free, then a flat $197 a month.

You deal with me directly — I own this business and I do your books myself. Questions any time, and your CPA talks to me instead of you at tax time.

Covers roughly 100–250 transactions a month. QuickBooks Online. $0 setup. Month to month, cancel anytime — and your rate is locked for a year.

Every month

The month-end close.

Same five steps, same order, same date.

Transactions in

Bank and card feeds run into QuickBooks Online all month.

Categorized

Every transaction posted to the right account in your chart of accounts — the named buckets your money moves through.

Reconciled

Every account matched to the penny against the statement. If it doesn’t tie, it isn’t done.

Reviewed

What the record can’t answer comes back as one list. I ask, I don’t guess.

Reported

Checked against the prior month, sent by the 15th.

On the 15th

Two statements.

Statement one

Profit and loss

Income, cost of sales and expenses, month and year-to-date — what you earned, what it cost.

Statement two

Balance sheet

What the business owns, owes and has left at month end — cash, receivables, loans, equity.

At year end

A closed set of books.

I’m not a CPA — I only do the books, so no CPA rates on your bookkeeping. Your CPA deals with me, not you: like one firm, without one firm’s bill.

  • Twelve reconciled months, balance sheet tied out December 31.
  • A general ledger and trial balance your preparer works from.

If you’re behind

Catch-up and cleanup.

Catch-up

Months that were never done.

Closed forward from your last reconciled month.

Cleanup

Months that were done wrong.

Miscategorized transactions, unreconciled accounts, a balance sheet that doesn’t tie. Assessed, then rebuilt.

Quoted separately once I’ve been in the file — a real number inside 24 hours.

Onboarding

Three things to begin.

  1. A twenty-minute call: what you run, how money comes in, how many accounts.
  2. Accountant access to your QuickBooks Online file — a minute of clicks, walked through live.
  3. Your last filed business return, plus statements for catch-up months, so opening balances match.

The part that matters

And you get me.

  • A direct line to me — no account manager, no queue, no ticket.
  • The same person every month. I’m not counting your questions.
First month free $197 A month after that · flat · cancel anytime · $0 setup

Covers 100 to 250 transactions a month — a guide, not a cutoff. The free month covers monthly bookkeeping; catch-up is quoted separately. Not included: collections, bill pay, payroll, tax filing. Receivables and payables, higher tier. I don’t prepare returns or give tax advice.

Five questions.

Answer these and I’ll be in touch. I read every one myself.
